JOB DETAILS:

· Practice type: Hospital

· Trauma Level: 2

· #of Beds/OR’s: 30 ORs

· Shift hours: Start time is 7a … 10 or 12 hour shifts
Ideal candidate is available to do 40+ hours per week.

· Call required?/Rotation or Schedule: No call

· Schedule: Ex: Monday – Friday (with Saturday hours availability more like 8 hrs)

· Specific Dates Open: July forward, Start ASAP pending credentialing

Types of Cases: bread and butter, GI, Endo, Ortho. locum is not required to do heads and hearts
No trauma, no peds.
Patient population/caseload: 3-10 cases, depends on the case.
Staff on Shift: 10-15 docs, 5-8 CRNAs
Supervision? Ratio: CRNAs are supervised (1:3 or 1:4)
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing: 6-8 week credentialing
