Medical Center group composed of 8 anesthesiologists and 18 CRNAs, is located in Southern Ohio has an opening for a CRNA. No surgery center to cover. New grads are welcome!

• 4 days per week with rotating call
• Office hours: Monday – Friday 7:00a - 3:30p (cases start at 7:30 a.m.), hours may extend past 3:30 p.m. with Surgery add-on cases.
• Call:
  • Weekday and weekend call is 1:9; averaging 3-4 calls a month including weekend.
    
  • Weekday call 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
    
  • Weekend call Friday 7:00 a.m. – Monday 7:00 a.m.
    
  • First call post day off
• Case load depends on room:
  • General Anesthesia
  • Thoracic
  • Vascular
  • OB/maternity
  • ENT
  • Opthalmology
  • Ortho
  • Peds - mostly for ENT

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range of $249,357 - $281,049 guaranteed for 2 years.
• Sign on Bonus: 15% of base salary (paid when contract signed and forgiven over 2 years)
• Vacation: 272 hours PTO
• CME/Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5000
• Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $20,500 year before taxes. No matching.
• Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $23,000 year before taxes under age 50 and $30,500 for over age 50. SOMC matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay.
• Moving Expense: $10,000 paid to moving company
• Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $2,000,000, per claim/$6,000,000, aggregate
• Bonus Incentives: excellent bonus incentives up to 10% of salary
• Student Loan Reimbursement: repay up to $80,000 ($10,000 per year for each year of service commitment)
• Overtime Pay: (time and a half) for any hours worked over 40 hours in a week.
• Evening Differential: Monday – Thursday after 4:00 p.m.
• Weekend Differential: Friday after 4:00 p.m. – Monday prior to 7:00 a.m.
