Provider Specialty: CRNA
Location (City, State): Southwest, GA
JOB DETAILS:
Dates: ASAP - Ongoing
Creds: 30-45 days (can do temps for clean files in 30 days)
Trauma Level: Level 2 but will not respond to trauma calls
#of Beds/OR’s: 691 total beds, 20 ORs + L&D and DDC
Shift hours: 4 10 hour shifts - 7a-5p per week. NO weekends, NO call
- Ideal provider would be available minimum of 8-10 shifts per month
Case Types: All cases except heads and hearts. Must be comfortable with healthy peds and OB. MD places labor epidurals and does all heart cases
EMR: EPIC
Licensing: Must have active GA license or be CLEAN and able to obtain one quickly.
Required Certifications/Cred Items: Must have NBCRNA, PALS, and BLS/ACLS
