A healthcare facility in Charleston, South Carolina is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide pediatric anesthesia services in a high-acuity inpatient surgical environment.
This opportunity allows CRNAs to work within a collaborative Anesthesia Care Team model, delivering anesthesia care for a variety of pediatric surgical procedures in a Level I trauma center. The provider will work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams while utilizing the Epic electronic medical record system for documentation.

• Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia administration
• Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and operating room staff
• Ensure safe anesthesia delivery and patient stabilization
• Manage anesthesia equipment and medications during surgical procedures
• Provide post-anesthesia patient monitoring and care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Epic EMR
Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of pediatric anesthesia experience
• Active South Carolina license or ability to obtain
• Strong familiarity with Epic EMR
• Experience working in high-volume pediatric surgical environments
Working Hours
• Assignment Duration: Minimum 3 months with extension possibility
• Shift Length: 13.5-hour shifts
• Includes 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• Flexible schedule including occasional weekend shifts
• Call: No call required
