Job description
Seeking Board Certified CRNA for locum coverage at Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital.
Compensation:
• $200/hr
• Full Travel & Housing Covered
• Max 40 hrs/week
Schedule:
• Mix of 8s & 10s (Fridays biggest need)
• Minimum 2 weeks/month availability
• 60-day credentialing
• Care Team Model | Epic EMR
Case Mix:
Basic Pediatrics + Adult cases (Ortho, GYN/ONC, Urology, Spine, Ophthalmology, Plastics, ECT)
Peds ENT, General Surgery, Urology, Cath Lab, BMT, Oculoplastic
Age range 0–99 (Locums typically not covering NICU <6 months)
Requirements:
• Board Certified CRNA
• Active license (licensure candidates accepted)
• ACLS & PALS
• Pediatric experience within last 6 months
• 1–2 years experience preferred
• Must be comfortable with basic Peds and adult cases
