CRNA (Obstetrics) – Locum Tenens | Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $170–$180/hr
Start Date: 3/30/2026
Length: 26 weeks (minimum 4-week commitment)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a) | 3–4 shifts per week (36+ hrs)
Must be flexible to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month. 3–6 night shifts per month based on department need. No call.
Practice Setting: Acute Care Hospital | Supervised model
Responsibilities:
- Provide anesthesia coverage for OB and OR cases
- Manage high-risk OB patients
- Participate in a mix of day, night, and weekend shifts as needed
- Work occasional pediatric and neuro head cases
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting
- Current OB anesthesia experience required
- Comfortable with high-risk OB cases
- Flexibility to cover various shift types (days, nights, weekends)
- Level I Trauma Center experience preferred
- Active Arizona license or willingness to obtain
Credentialing Timeline:
- AZ Licensed: ~6 weeks
- IMLC: ~2 months
- Non-licensed: ~3 months
