Location: La Grande, Oregon
Start Date: January 5, 2026
Assignment Length: 3–6 months
Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts (7a–5p), Monday–Friday
Call: 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend per month (must be OB proficient)
Employment Type: Locum Tenens – 1099
Compensation: $250-$260/hour
Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital (Level IV Trauma)
Team: 1 MD and 4 CRNAs (all autonomous)
Average Cases: 5–20 per day, including endoscopy and cataracts
Charting: EPIC
Case Types: Ortho, General Surgery, Podiatry, ENT, Healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, and Endoscopy
Required Skills: General Anesthesia, Spinals, Epidurals, OB, Peripheral Nerve Blocks (ultrasound-guided), Endoscopy Anesthesia
Preferred Skills: PICC line placement
No hearts, heads, or spine cases
Requirements:

Active Oregon CRNA License (required)
