CRNA Opportunity | Arizona Hospital | Sept 8–Jan 11 | Full-Time | Trauma & Diverse Cases
Location: Arizona
Start Date: Sept 8, 2025
Contract: Through Jan 11, 2026
Schedule: ~40 hrs/week | Shifts: 7a–3p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p, or 3p–11p (auto-assigned)
Highlights:
- 317-bed hospital | Level II Trauma Center
- 11 ORs + 2 ambulatory rooms
- Case mix: Ortho, general, trauma, neuro, spine, endo, cath lab
- Volume: ~50–60 cases/day
- EMRs: Cerner & SaAnesthesia
Requirements:
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active AZ license (or in process)
- BLS or ACLS
- Recent hospital experience required
- DEA/CSR not needed
- 30-day credentialing
