Job description
A large academic health system is seeking experienced Cardiac CRNAs to support ongoing inpatient coverage. This opportunity focuses on adult cardiac anesthesia, including open-heart, major vascular, thoracic, and high-acuity cardiac cases.
The role is hospital-based with a collaborative anesthesia team and strong clinical support.
Job Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care for adult cardiac surgical cases
Manage open-heart, major vascular, thoracic, and high-acuity cardiac anesthesia
Participate in minimal cardiac call as required
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, surgeons, and perioperative staff
Utilize EPIC EMR for clinical documentation
Adhere to all hospital, anesthesia department, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Active CRNA license
Board Certified CRNA
Recent cardiac/open-heart anesthesia experience required
Ability to manage high-acuity cardiac cases independently within a team model
Working Hours
Ongoing / open-ended assignment
Schedule details provided during the credentialing process
Minimal cardiac call required
