Contract: 3–6 months | 4x10s | Day shifts with call coverage
About the Opportunity
Join one of the nation’s top pediatric hospitals providing world-class care to children with complex cardiac conditions. We’re seeking an experienced Pediatric Cardiac CRNA to support a high-acuity cardiac anesthesia team in Washington, DC.
This is a hands-on, team-based environment where you’ll collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists in delivering anesthesia for neonatal, congenital cardiac, and complex pediatric cases. Providers with congenital cardiac experience or a strong pediatric anesthesia background will thrive in this setting.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborative, multidisciplinary cardiac anesthesia team
Diverse case mix including congenital cardiac, neonatal, and complex pediatric procedures
EMR: Cerner
Qualifications
NBCRNA Certification (required)
PALS Certification (required)
Minimum 3 years of anesthesia experience preferred
Pediatric experience required; prior cardiac experience highly preferred
Strong communication, adaptability, and ability to work within a teaching hospital environment
Working Hours
Call: Weekend call rotation required
Duration: 3–6 month contract with potential to extend
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
