Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA)
Location: El Paso, TX
Start Date: Immediate (2–4 weeks)
Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Position Details

Full-time locum opportunity

8 or 10-hour shifts

Inpatient setting
-
Average 10 cases per day (varies)

Adult-only practice (ages 16–99)

12 ORs, including Cath Labs

EMR: Cerner (Anesthesia documentation on paper)
Clinical Environment

5 full-time Anesthesiologists

Multiple CRNAs

Service lines include:

Orthopedics

General Surgery (robotic & minimally invasive cases)

Neurosurgery

GI Endoscopy

Electrophysiology

Structural Cardiology

Requirements
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible

ACLS & BLS required
-
1+ year of experience preferred (new graduates considered)
Additional Information

Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 30 days
