Kulture Managing is a newly founded entity in Laredo, Texas that is affiliated with Jaziel Silva-Gonzalez, Doctor of Audiology, and owner of Laredo Hearing & Balance Solutions. Dr. Silva-Gonzalez has been practicing Audiology for over 8 years. He is a very driven, passionate and optimistic entrepreneur. These qualities have helped him him build the legacy he started back in 2019 with his first venture, Laredo Hearing Solutions.
In his experience, owning and operating a medical practice without a strong operational staff can bring a heavy burden due to workload. To Doctors like himself, this brings a lot of long nights, no time with family, missing important life events, etc. While recruiting high-performing and experienced individuals for his current office, he developed an efficient operating strategy that allowed him and his current staff to live a work-life balance.
Which is why he invested in creating a Managing Services Organization to offer his operating strategies and now share with Physicians.
