CPC is a primary-care practice dedicated to patient-centered medicine for every stage of life. Our goal is to establish a trusting relationship with you to assist in managing your healthcare holistically. For patients that require more complex care due to chronic conditions, having a primary care physician helps to reduce the risk of fragmented care and poor clinical outcomes. Our physicians will assist to coordinate care across a diverse array of multiple providers as well as a wide range of community support services. We provide care to infants and children, adolescents, and adults for both acute and chronic health issues.

We’ve been part of the communities we serve for years – and in some cases decades. Together we strive for healthy neighbors across northern Virginia, eastern Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

Our mission is to guide patients in maintaining their optimum physical health with compassionate holistic health care. We partner with each patient to build a mutual understanding of their unique health situation and work to develop treatments and strategies to optimize their overall physical health. From infancy through the end of life, our providers help patients make a connection between body, mind, and spirit.
