Why We Started
In 2013, Dr. Dan Doolittle created Integritas in response to the tremendous need in rural communities for better support both of local hospitals and the providers who serve them. This was support that the large, national staffing companies were failing to provide. With over 20 years of experience in the field himself, our founder understands the importance of a stable environment for providers with ongoing team collegiality, education, reliable schedules, and fair pay. Integritas was founded on the belief that physicians and hospitals could work together to bring effective, efficient, and compassionate care to patients.
