Regarding Permanent Placement - We work on behalf of our Physician Client to establish a connection with Medical Centers/Physician Groups (1) who have a Full Time need in the pertinent specialty, (2) that are aligned with the physician’s professional goals, and (3) in communities compatible with stated lifestyle objectives.

Once traction between the parties is secured, we formally represent our Physician Client throughout the recruiting/placement process; to include coordination of phone interviews and site visits, practice evaluation, position offer, contract presentation,assistance with contract review, credentialing, and transitioning into the new practice.

Regarding Locums Opportunities - Understanding your preferred coverage arrangement is important, and we strive to create the right match for you as a physician. When you as a physician commit to providing temporary coverage, we understand that you are making a sacrifice to spend time away from family and friends. You may also be agreeing to provide coverage at a facility or for a group with whom you are generally unfamiliar. It is with these understandings that we strive to create a great coverage experience for you. Salient MD provides very competitive compensation and professional liability coverage. We assist with Medical Staff Credentialing and Orientation Scheduling. We will also assist with travel arrangements, if necessary, for your assignment. And we are available to help with any issues which may arise during the course of an engagement.
