ACLS Group was developed to serve the need of a hospital to find doctors that fit their unique culture and medical model where patient- and caregiver-centric care was truly required. The hospital had difficulty finding such physicians, so the founders of ACLS developed a process to identify, train, and provide ongoing mentorship to support the culture and expectations of this unique hospital. In short, we continued high-level management of these physicians in a collaborative process with the hospital’s senior management to ensure consistent service standards that met the hospital’s needs.
