Arthritis & Osteoporosis Consultants of the Carolinas (AOCC), a 13 physician Rheumatology practice in Charlotte, NC, is actively recruiting. AOCC formed in 2000 and is considered one of the premier consultative practices in the Southeast with a large patient base and referral area that covers much of North and South Carolina. The practice has two locations, one just south of downtown Charlotte and the other in the Ballantyne area. We remain independent from the hospital systems. Charlotte is a superb location to practice with a growing medical community.

AOCC has an excellent support staff of over 100 with one physician assistant and two nurse practitioners. Our physicians are compassionate, diligent with strong academic credentials and clinical practice experience that ranges from 2 to 30 years. We offer a full complement of services including in-house lab, digital X-ray with PACS, ultrasound, DXA with VFA and TBS, PT and 25 chairs in our two infusion centers.

Charlotte is the second largest banking center in the US and a major American Airlines hub. With a moderate climate, the region offers a wide range of outdoor activities; lakes are within 20 minutes of downtown and both beaches and mountains are a 2-3 hour drive.
