Health First Medical Group (HFMG) is part of Health First, a healthcare Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) located on Central Florida’s east coast and Brevard County’s only IDN. Our IDN is comprised of several services, including four hospitals. Our largest hospital facility, Health First’s Holmes Regional Medical Center, has 514 beds, is a premier tertiary referral hospital, and isthe only state-accredited Level II trauma center in Brevard and Indian River counties.

Health First Medical Group includes primary care and multi-specialty providers with offices located in Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Indialantic, Indian Harbour Beach, Malabar, Melbourne, Merritt Island, Palm Bay, Port St. John, Rockledge, Suntree, Titusville and Viera. Health First Medical Group provides services in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, home care, nursing facilities and Health First hospitals. With more than 400 providers in more than 40 different specialties, Health First Medical Group is able to provide patients with a complete network of care.
