Located in Houston’s Texas Medical Center, the largest medical center in the world. In the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine we uphold the mission of The University of Texas Health Science Center (UTHealth) to educate health science professionals, discover and translate advances in the biomedical and social sciences, and model the best practices in clinical care and public health, by using an innovative approach to the diagnosis, and development of long-term strategies for patients at risk or with a history of cardiovascular disease.

Division Faculty are leading experts in Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Heart Failure, Cardiac Transplantation, Cardiac Imaging and Vascular Medicine and have developed cutting edge research, teaching and patient care programs to address all diseases and conditions affecting the cardiovascular system.
