Company History
Eric Bratton Sr., our President and CEO established MediSource Staffing & Recruiting in 2013 while working as a sales executive with a large pharmaceutical company. He had an idea, an idea that addressed an unmet need in the changing healthcare landscape, a need to deliver effective healthcare staffing & recruiting solutions in a personalized consultative, solution driven, collaborative process. To achieve this client focused synergy, we first needed to build an experienced executive team. Soon after, our managing partner, Dr. Larry Gandle joined the team and MediSource Staffing & Recruiting LLC was born.
