Recruiting family physicians for both outpatient primary care and urgent care positions
West Ventura Medical Clinic and Fillmore Family Medical Group
Both sites are primary care clinics with urgent cares and affiliated with Ventura County Medical Center, part of the Ventura County Health Care Agency (VCHCA).
As background, VCHCA is an integrated healthcare system comprised of two hospitals in Ventura and Santa Paula, as well as 19 primary care clinics and 13 specialty clinics, providing over 500,000 visits last year.
Seeking high-quality, compassionate physicians to join the large and expanding ambulatory care system. Full-time and part-time positions are available. No night call. Physicians can focus on practicing medicine without the stress of running a business.
We offer excellent income potential including base salary with incentives, health and dental insurance, 401k, malpractice with tail insurance, vacation and CME allowance. We are a designated National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site and employee physicians may apply for loan repayment through this program. Two of our physicians received the Stephen Thompson Loan repayment.
Ventura County is a beautiful, family oriented community with excellent schools and multiple cultural and outdoor activities including surfing, hiking, mountain-biking and kayaking.
