A financially strong multi-specialty group of 400 providers located 90 miles east of San Francisco is seeking to add an additional general radiologist based on growth and increased patient demand. This is a quality first, stable organization with low turnover and a collegial practice environment. The practice provides a physician friendly work/life balance in a safe community environment with an affordable cost of living. Additional information includes:
- General radiology with overnight readings covered by teleradiology
- 16 weeks off per year
- Starting base is $500,000 with two-year guarantee with RVU bonus
- 15 department members with call shared equally
- Visage imaging, breast imaging a plus
- Two-year shareholder track with annual profit sharing
- Group paid malpractice with no tail
- Full health, dental vision, life disability, relocation, sign on
- 12% 401K with no matching required
- RVU based comp starting the 2nd year
- Residency stipend possible
- Central Valley location convenient to the Bay Area as well as Yosemite, Sequoia and other wonders
