Job Summary:

Pediatric Cardiac Intensivists of North Texas is seeking a physician to join their expanding team at Medical City Children’s Hospital.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Board certified or board eligible pediatric critical care or pediatric cardiology and completed advanced fellowship in pediatric critical care intensive care or dual trained and BC/BE in pediatric cardiology and pediatric critical care
  • Applicants of all experience levels are welcomed, but ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience

About Medical City Children's Hospital:
  • 100 NICU beds and a 12-bed dedicated congenital heart unit with a 12-bed step down unit
  • They cover a robust number of neonates with complex congenital heart disease, some adults, and no transplants
  • The Congenital Heart Program at Medical City Children’s performs over 250 cardiac surgical cases each year in addition to pediatric electrophysiology and interventional cath cases
  • The Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at Medical City Children’s is a dedicated 12-bed unit with a 7-bed overflow/stepdown housed alongside the largest Level IV NICU in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex
