Needing Locum Internal Medicine Nocturnist in New York!
EXCEPTIONAL REMUNERATION for Nocturnists covering LOW CENSUS for a minimum of 7 days every month for 13-hour shifts, 7pm-8am (extra hour for hand-off, EMR, etc.).
192 Beds, Level 1 Trauma Hospital that is part of a Multi-Campus Healthcare System that includes 38 Outlying Primary and Specialty Care Centers.
6-month commitment with 60-day out clause.
EMR is Meditech.
Patient load is 5 per day depending upon census and staffing.
Round in hospital and cover admissions.
No procedures required.
May attend codes.
Sees ICU patients (open ICU), but they have a Pulmonologist who can be consulted and called in on ICU patients and give recommendations.
They have 3 rounders each day with the Director picking up overflow.
