Join a dynamic team of 10 Primary Care physicians and advanced practice providers affiliated with this top-notch Southwest Iowa healthcare organization.
Position Overview:
• Be busy from day one in this turnkey, 100% outpatient practice
• Providers enjoy unprecedented quality of life with a true 4-day work week - 8:00am-3:00pm or 4:30pm
• Optimal clinic efficiency with robust support staff, dedicated walk-in clinic providers so you are always relieved on time, and unmatched autonomy to build your dream practice
• Option to fast-track to leadership position, serving as Medical Director and/or Chief of Staff if desired
Compensation:
• Highly competitive base salary, production bonuses, $100k signing bonus, and generous PTO package
• Full comprehensive health/dental/vision benefits, CME allowance, retention bonus, malpractice with tail coverage, and more
• NHSC-approved site = substantial federal student loan forgiveness eligibility
• Providers at the practice earning $400k+
