Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 8am-5pm
- Call is approximately 1 week/month and is weekly coverage, Friday morning to Friday morning. Shifts times during call weeks could be variable.
Clinical Details
- Outpatient and Inpatient
- No Rounding or Admissions
- 25-30 Patients Per Shift
- Department sees most hematology/oncology patients (Community based center), and bone marrow biopsies can be completedin the Cancer Center
- Providers will consult both ambulatory and hospital patients. The Cancer Center has 18 Chemo infusion chairs as well as 2 non-chemo infusion chairs
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active WI License or IMLC
- Fellowship Required
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS
- Bone marrow biopsies required
Call
- Beeper
- 30 Minute Response Time
Support Staff
- 4 MDs
- RNs, MAs
- 4 PA/NPs - 2 in their first year of practice
- Office Staff
