Seeking skilled and experienced Gastroenterology providers to join our non-profit organization in the vibrant community of Tucson, AZ. This growing organization is building a brand-new facility and has a robust referral network ready to feed a new Gastroenterologist! Physicians interested in both B&B GI and Advanced procedures are welcome to apply!

Compensation and Incentives:

  • Inpatient and outpatient services with a 1:4 call schedule.
  • Starting base salary of $611,756+ with uncapped total compensation above RVU threshold
  • 5% annual quality bonus
  • Sign-on bonus + relocation allowance
  • $20,000/year annual retention bonus
  • Loan repayment programs
