Position Details:

• Join a dynamic outpatient practice alongside 2 physicians and 3 PAs, providing care for patients of all ages.
• Our expanding clinic will provide you with 3 exam rooms, ensuring ample space and resources.
• Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with no weekend commitments and the option for a 4-day work week.
• Take part in newborn nursery duties and ER backup calls on a 1:5 rotation, averaging just one call per month.
• Embrace a wide scope of practice with no limitations on clinic-based procedures.
• Benefit from on-site radiology and laboratory services, enhancing efficiency and patient care.
• Thrive in a supportive environment with experienced staff, including 4 APPs, a physician, 3 PSRs, and nursing professionals.
• See an average of 15-22 patients per day, with a steady influx of over 20 new patients monthly.

Offering:

• Competitive compensation with a base guarantee ranging from $235,000 to $260,000, supplemented by wRVUs, Ability to earn over $300,000.
