Seeking a compassionate Primary Care provider to join a collegial practice with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with easy access to major Midwest metros.
Position Overview:
4-Day work week for the ultimate work/life balance
Opportunity to teach medical students
Support services include: Primary Care, Preventative Care, Dental Care, Behavioral, Women's Health, Pharmacy, Labs, Radiology, Vision, Addiction Management
Welcoming 2024 and 2025 graduates
Compensation Highlights:
