A 500-bed hospital located in a beachfront, Central California community has opened a brand-new, outpatient clinic that is focusing on innovation in the primary care space. This clinic is seeking a full-time physician to work alongside 2 primary care physicians in an all outpatient setting.
The Position:
• 100% outpatient with no inpatient responsibility
• Innovative and cutting-edge approach to Primary Care medicine allows physicians to focus solely on patient care
• Work alongside 2 MD's, APP's, and MA's
• Compensation package includes a Base Guarantee with total income potential between $280,000-$330,000
• Sign-on/relocation of $40,000, $300-500k in Housing Assistance, Full Benefits, PTO, CME, and more
• Option of a Medical Director role with $39,000 stipend
