Located on shores of Lake Erie - 60 miles from Cleveland, OH

**Position Details:**
- Full-time, permanent position
- Multi-specialty group

- After salary guarantee, physicians salary will be based on cash-based productivity. Post training years factored into offered salary and recruitment package.
**Practice Details:**
- Employed as part of the 31 employed physician multi-specialty group; 15 PCPs
- Up to 3 years guaranteed salary
- Start up packages can include: signing bonus, relocation, loan repayment, visa processing fees, and tail coverage
- Join 6 other Family Practitioners
- 249-bed not for profit community hospital
- 1 to 7 on call schedule
- EPIC EMR
