Emergency Medicine – Devils Lake, North Dakota
• Emergency Medicine Physician
• 10k annual volume
• 25-bed critical access hospital
• Pay Rate: $285 - $300 per hour
• Flexible Shift Options: (block scheduling and 12-24 hour shifts available)
• Start Date: ASAP (upon credentialing - expedited to around 30-days)
• Contract Length: One (1) year preferred, but flexible based on provider preference
• 1.2 patients/hr.
• 40 hrs. of physician coverage, all ABEM team, with full APP support staff
• Quality & productivity bonus and retention bonus up to $100k
• Multi-site system with future location options available to choose from
• Paid travel & lodging
• Medical malpractice coverage paid, with tail
Location: This very fertile prairie lake grows large numbers of Walleye, Northern Pike, White Bass, it has earned the reputation of being the “Perch Capital of the World” and has been ranked as one of the top five fishing lakes in the US. Perch weighing more than two pounds are caught quite frequently. When winter arrives, ice fishing on this wide-open lake gets you away from the crowds with sweet fishing spots all over the place. Don’t let the 180,000 acres intimidate you, there are numerous bait shops and maps available. Anyone can find great spots to fish without any experience on the lake.
In the fall hundreds of thousands of waterfowl migrate through the area and give both local and visiting hunters outstanding hunting opportunities
