- As soon as credentialed - Ongoing
- Inpatient Setting
- Required Procedures: Advanced Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography, transcatheter aortic valve replacement, coronary artery bypass graft, and minimally invasive valve replacements.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 to 60 days
