Searching for a full time Anesthesiology Physician for a multi-specialty facility providing a wide-ranging case mix in San Antonio, TX. Our cases encompass general surgery, orthopedics, gastroenterology, urology, otolaryngology (ENT), spine surgery, optometry, obstetrics/gynecology (OB/GYN), neurology, and pain management. Anesthesiologists should be skilled in administering regional and peripheral nerve blocks, primarily focusing on adult patients. Our facility does not handle obstetric, trauma, transplant, or cardiovascular cases.

Compensation and Benefits: Anesthesiologist compensation stands at $500,000 per year, equivalent to $41,666.67 monthly. This compensation is structured as a 1099 arrangement, covering 43 weeks of anesthesia coverage. Providers will appreciate ample time off, including most hospital holidays. Staffing at the Medical Center entails five MDs daily, each handling their respective cases.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in anesthesiology is required.
