This is a unique opportunity for a proven clinician to become a leader in an anesthesia department and work with a dedicated team of clinicians, surgeons, and medical professionals.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining overall professional and clinical objectives for the department, providing administrative direction relating to the provision of Anesthesiology Services, and maintaining standards of patient care. You will collaborate with other physicians to deliver anesthesia for medical and surgical procedures while ensuring that the anesthesia department's key metrics are constantly improving. You will be:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing high-quality patient care through clinical expertise, communication, and collaboration with healthcare team members
Conducting patient assessments, creating and implementing care plans, and monitoring patient progress
Documenting patient care and progress accurately and in a timely manner
Educating patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options
Establishing and maintaining effective staffing patterns and standards of coverage
REQUIREMENTS:
A strong understanding of the business of anesthesia. For the right candidate, we can get you up to speed quickly.
Organized, proactive, and able to function in a high growth, high accountability environment.
Experience taking on leadership initiatives.
Anesthesiologist in good standing with the ABA and state licensing board.
