SHIFT DETAILS :
Specialty: Anesthesiologist
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months
Shift Details: 4-person rotation
Looking for PRN coverage and call or mixture of onsite and on call. Would also consider providers for on call only.
Schedule is a 4 week rotation: Depending on the week available would depend on the schedule
Week 1- 7a-5p Monday thru Friday with possible 24 hour call on Saturday
Week 2- 7a-3p Monday thru Friday
Week 3-5p-7a Monday thru Friday with possible 24 hour call on Sunday
Week 4-OFF
WORK DETAILS :
Department description: Bread and Butter general surgery. Endo, cysto, urology, ortho, obgyn. Variable shift times. 7-3, 7-5, 5 and after to include possible call. Must be proficient with all blocks.
Practice Setting: Inpatient
REQUIREMENTS :
Board Certification: Required
License required: Active TX License.
Minimum experience required: 2 years minimum.
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
Name clear process: Please send name and NPI to AM.
