Adult - 60%
PEDS - 30%
NEO - 5%
MD supervises CRNAs 100% of the time
Trauma Level 1
Contract Length: 6 mos
Shift Details: 6:45a – 5p Mon – Fr; Sat & Sun 7a – 7p; Call varies by the week
WORK DETAILS :
Support staff: 2 NPs, 1 RN, 40 CRNAs
Amount of coverage needed per month:
Patients per day: TBD
Patient population/age: 0 - 18
Department description: MD required to supervise all CRNAs and sign off on APP documentation. 28 ORs
EMR: EPIC
Hospital bed size: 641
Special procedures:
Skills required: Central line placement, Arterial line placement, Eval and mgmt. of acute volume/BP issues. PA Catheter placement not required.
Practice Setting: Hospital
REQUIREMENTS :
Board Certification: BC
State license required: SC-Will license
DEA: Y
CSR: Y
Certifications preferred: N/A
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
Minimum experience required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 - 120 days
