- This position works both independently and collaboratively with the Primary Care team to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, prescription, treatment, and follow-up planning
- Must be able to see adults and geriatrics
- Must have at least 1 years of nurse practitioner or physician assistant experience, specifically related to primary care, family medicine, or adult medicine
