Our client is seeking Advanced Practitioners for Geriatric Primary Care in northcentral Massachusetts. Please see job ID #
- Full-time, permanent position (M-F 8am to 5pm)
- Candidate is required to have at least 1 year of experience in a primary care setting
- Must be able to conduct wellness/sick visits, vaccinations, and follow-up consults
- Must be able to treat chronic disease cases (Hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, Arthritis, Asthma, etc.) to serve our adult population
- You will be working with both MDs and DOs, as well as another AP on staff
- Due to the patient population, candidate must be able to treat chronic disease cases (Hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, Arthritis, Asthma, etc.)
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Massachusetts state license in hand or in process
