Pittsburgh, PA - Nurse Practitioner opening for experienced with chronic disease management - most patients are in their 50s and older. This is not a nursing home opening but a unique outpatient type clinic setting caring for 6-15 patients per day. Established employer with several Pittsburgh locations and excellent benefits. Perfer CRNP who has chronic disease experience. There is some call of 1:7 or better associated with this opening.
