Medical Center seeks to recruit a BC/BE General Surgeon to replace two surgeons who have left the area. The hospital will employ the doctor or assist in the establishment of a private practice in an effort to improve access to general surgery care in the community. The current call requirement is 1:3. A comprehensive compensation package will be offered and may include: Salary plus incentive, Sign On Bonus, Medical Education Debt, Relocation, CME, Health and Retirement.
