A central Illinois group is seeking a permanent General Surgeon to work in partnership with three others. This is a thriving surgery practice that is steadily growing and has a definite need to add another. You must be willing to be dedicated to the well-being of your patients, passionate about your career and willing to embrace life in a smaller community. You must also be willing to make well above the MGMA median for income.
Hospital Employee, Traditional. Report to Hospital with 1:3 Call Ratio. Annual Salary. Loan Forgiveness available. Signing Bonus available up to $150,000 . CME up to 2 weeks and money available. Up to 3 weeks of PTO available. 36 hours per week work schedule. Must be willing to travel to satellite clinics and provide clinic hous there. Opportunity to become a shareholder after one year. Once you are a shareholder you get 6 weeks of vacation and 3 weeks of CME time. Salary is guaranteed for 2 years with 50% bonus override potential. Balanced professional and personal lifestyle.
