Radiologist - (Radiology) Locum Tenens
Our client in Missouri is in need of vacation coverage for 6-8 weeks per year starting in March. Monday - Friday, no call, no weekends. General Diagnostic with Mammo and light IR. Approximately 80-90 studies per day including PF, US, MRI, CT and Mammo. The group can work around all sub specialty like MSK and Neuro through Pacs. Some days, 2-3 light procedures per day. When doing procedures, volume is lower.
Radiology(locum tenens) is a medical specialty that diagnoses and treats internal diseases (such as tumors) with the use of imaging technologies including X-ray radiography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. The role of the radiologist includes developing images and interpreting the data. Interventional radiologists utilize these imaging techniques to perform medical procedures, typically minimally invasive.
