Interventional Radiologist - Physician - (Radiology - VIR - Inter Rad) Locum Tenens

A solo hospital site in southern California is in need of and ABR certified, fellowship trained radiologist for coverage 7/11 - 7/13/17. The radiologist will work 8am to 5pm and do evening interventional call. The site is open to orienting the radiologist the day before if they desire. An average day is doing a couple bread and butter interventional procedures such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, and PICC lines. In addition, the radiologist will need to read 75 diagnostic studies per day consisting of 50 plain film, 10 cat scans, 10 ultrasounds, and 1-2 MR.

An interventional radiologist(locum tenens) is a physician who utilizes minimally invasive, image-guided procedures and techniques to diagnose and treat patients for various conditions.
