Hospital in Iowa is seeking a board-certified, or board-eligible, specialist in Psychiatry for immediate locums coverage ongoing. This client is also recruiting permanently. For the permanent opportunity, the physician will join an established practice. The practice office is located in the hospital adjacent to the in-patient Behavioral Health Unit. Office hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. weekdays. Call is approximately one in four. This opportunity is an inpatient/outpatient practice. Other practitioners in the practice office include a full-time psychiatrist, 1.5 FTE certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and a part time LISW. For perm, the physician will be a full-time hospital employee and will enjoy a highly competitive salary and benefit package. Relocation incentives are available. We can obtain an Iowa license if needed for the right candidate with a minimum commitment.
