An opportunity is available for a BE/BC Psychiatrist in western NC. Substance abuse training is preferred, but not required. The new physician will be employed by a local hospital. Call is shared, 1 night/week and one weekend/month. A full team of support staff is available. At this time, the behavioral health team is treating patients 18 and over, however, there is the possibility that younger patients could be treated as this service grows.
A highly competitive financial package will be offered to the new physician that includes a strong base salary, production incentives, sign on bonus and much more.
