An Adult outpatient psychiatry practice opportunity is available for a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join the Behavioral Health Care Division of a large health system in NC. The employer is seeking a physician with training or experience in chemical dependency/substance abuse. They would also prefer someone with background to perform ECT. The team of adult psychiatrists is flexible if there is interest in inpatient care as well. In addition, team members include nurses, social workers, therapists and case managers. Clinic hours are typically M-F, 8-5, with limited call. Patient records are available electronically. The staff provides a team approach to mental wellness. This well established program is part of the 6th largest Health System in the State and is a regional referral center with clinical affiliations with Cleveland Clinic, Duke University Medical Center and UNC Health Care.
Physician are offered a base salary plus productivity incentive and quality incentive bonuses, with physicians earning 200K+ Benefits include paid malpractice liability coverage, health, dental, retirement, disability, CME and paid time off, relocation allowance of 10K. There is no wait- period for health insurance or retirement. Seven weeks of paid time off are included.
