COMPANY PROFILE:
Multi-service podiatry practice serving the greater Indianapolis area. The podiatrists provide quality, compassionate care in the comfort and convenience of patient homes, as well as at assisted living, independent living, and long-term care facilities. There is also a new office opening in 2017, which will serve a wide variety of patients and offer a traditional practice setting.



POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Serve as a podiatry provider for a dedicated patient base in home, facility, and/or clinic settings.

See an average of 8 to 25 patients per day, depending on setting (more patients are seen in group settings than in individual homes, etc.).

You will utilize a highly-supported electronic health record (MediTouch) on a company-supplied iPad.

There are no on-call responsibilities.

This is a very autonomous position and the practice is happy to work with the new provider to create a mutually-beneficial schedule and practice site rotation, based upon patient availability.



REQUIREMENTS:
- valid Indiana podiatric medical license (or ability to obtain one)
- current DEA (or ability to obtain one)
- exposure to geriatric care preferred, but not required
- current residents are encouraged to apply
