Physiatrist - Physician - (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation - PM&R) Locum Tenens

Medical facility in western Washington seeks a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician for coverage beginning May-September 2017. The schedule will be day hours with no call, Monday - Friday. The position will cover up to 6 inpatient patients per day, as well as 5.5 hours per day in clinic Tue-Thurs, 4 hours in clinic on Fridays. Privileging takes 90 days. Office equipment - EMG machine, handheld EMG. EMG/ NCS a plus but not a requirement. Ideal candidate would be able to provide Botox services for spasticity and cervical dystonia. A physiatrist is a physician who specializes in the treatment of functionally limiting conditions and is trained in managing and facilitating rehabilitation from neurological or musculoskeletal disorders.
