We are a successful independent 13+ year Membership medical practice providing great care for the Charlotte community. We are looking for a Pediatrician to join our practice.

The ideal candidate will care for both children (as young as newborns) and young adults.

There are no admitting or hospital rounds involved in this position.
Schedule: Monday through Friday

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate will care for both children (as young as newborns) and young adults. The pediatrician will be expected to perform some procedures. The practice has lab and x-ray.

You will provide routine preventive health examinations, and diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses from giving childhood immunizations and treating minor injuries to advising teenagers about reproductive health. Routine check-ups, with the intent of monitoring a child's growth and development from birth to adulthood. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide children with medical care to the fullest extent possible. Work with your patients' parents or guardians to teach them how to provide proper care to their children. This may include tips on improving childhood eating habits, promoting regular exercise, and improving personal hygiene.

QUAIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience out of residency
• Procedure oriented
• Willing to “NOT” accept the status quo!
• Board Certified General Pediatrics
• North Carolina Medical License
• Office-based experience would be preferred.
• Great communication skills with an awesome “bedside” manner
• Embrace the total patient doctor relationship and provide fantastic customer service.
